Merit Company breaks ground on a
124 unit apartment project in downtown Tacoma, WA. Along with five floors of dwelling units, the 150,000 square foot
Villaggio II apartment complex will include three levels of
retail space and parking. The building is scheduled for
completion in the Fall of 2007. |

The Milgard Family Hope
Center is underway in Lakewood, WA. This 32,000 square foot
facility will house the Boys and Girls Clubs of South Puget
Sound's Lakewood branch as well as provide space for use by the
community. The building includes a gymnasium, full
commercial kitchen, teen center, offices and various other
program areas. Completion is scheduled for June, 2007. |

The Apple Physical Therapy
Corporate Office building is under construction in Puyallup,
WA. Merit Company worked closely with the architect and owner to
help design a cost efficient, attractive facility. The building is three
floors with approximately 18,000 square feet of space. |

First United Methodist Church
has selected Merit Company to provide pre-construction and
construction services for their church facility in downtown
Tacoma. The renovated 38,000 square feet building will house a
sanctuary, meeting and conference rooms, office, chapel, and
complete commercial kitchen. Pre-construction work with the
architect and owner is underway with an anticipated start date in May
2007. |
